For twenty years I worked directly with expecting and new parents as a birth and postpartum doula, and co-founded Doula Trainings International, training and certifying doulas around the world. I've stepped back from attending births myself, but the families and friends who still call me at odd hours convinced me the knowledge shouldn't go quiet. This is that expertise, packaged for a single call or a single visit, on your schedule instead of mine.

I now split my time between individual consulting for parents and advising hospitality teams (hotels, resorts, and wellness properties) on how to actually take care of pregnant and postpartum guests, not just accommodate them.

Do you attend births?+

No. I've stepped back from birth work and now focus on consulting: pregnancy planning, newborn care, and postpartum support by phone or home visit. If you're looking for a birth doula, I'm happy to point you toward someone in the Austin community.

Where do home visits happen?+

In your home, within the Austin metro area. Outside that range, a phone or video consult covers the same ground.

How does booking and payment work?+

You choose a time on my calendar, then complete payment through a secure checkout link. Both take a couple of minutes and neither requires creating an account.

Do you work with hotels outside Austin?+

Yes. Staff training and program design are typically done remotely with on-site visits as needed, wherever your property is.

What if I need to reschedule?+

Use the link in your confirmation email to move your session, just give as much notice as you can.
